Circle Percussion is back in the theatres with its latest performance 'Down To Earth'. The premiere of this new theatre performance took place on Saturday 8 January 2011 in Theater De Purmaryn in Purmerend and was a resounding success.
In November, Circle Percussion will travel to Germany to play the premiere of the groundbreaking aerial act 'Air Drummers' at dance event 'Glamotion', to announce world DJ Chuckie. watch video
On Wednesday 13 April 2011, Circle Percussion contributed to the national action day 'Netherlands Helps Japan' in the Amsterdam ArenA. This grand concert was broadcasted live on TV in several countries. With this benefit concert they showed their support for the people in Japan and tried to raise as much money as possible for the Red Cross in the disaster area in Japan. Circle Percussion is closely linked to Japan through its strong connection with the internationally renowned Japanese percussion group KODO, and therefore did not hesitate when asked to contribute. watch video
Circle Percussion speelt op het benefietconcert voor KWF Kankerbestrijding. Vrienden van Alpe d’Huzes zet zich in voor de KWF Kankerbestrijding. Naast de kleinschalige acties organiseert zij in samenwerking met Siemens Power een groots benefietconcert op vrijdag 27 mei 2011 in het Floratheater te Boskoop. Circle Percussion ondersteunt dit initiatief door geheel belangeloos op te treden.
